Exhibit

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This policy explains what Exhibit (“we”, “us”) collects through https://tryexhibit.dizzard.net/, how it’s used, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect your email address, we only use it to send you announcements about Exhibit, and we don’t sell or share it.

What we collect

If you sign up, we collect the email address you enter. That’s the only personal information you give us — there are no accounts, payment details, or other forms on this site.

Analytics. We may use analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited, referring websites, and general browser, device, and country information. We use this information only in aggregate to improve the site. It isn’t used to identify you, isn’t linked to your email address, and isn’t used for advertising. If we add analytics that use cookies or similar tracking, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Server logs. This site is hosted on Fly.io. Like most web hosts, Fly.io may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This information is used only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, and isn’t linked to your email address.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send you announcements about Exhibit, such as launch news, major releases, and important updates. We won’t use it for anything else, and we won’t send you marketing from anyone else.

How it’s stored

When you sign up, your email address is sent through a Cloudflare Worker, which passes it on to our mailing list. Cloudflare keeps a short-term log of these requests, which may include your email address, your IP address, and standard request information such as the time and browser type. We use these logs only to troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse, and they’re deleted automatically after a limited period set by Cloudflare. The Worker also briefly keeps your IP address in temporary memory to limit repeated sign-up attempts. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Email addresses are stored with Resend, the service we use to manage our mailing list and send emails. Resend processes your address on our behalf and only to deliver our emails. You can read Resend’s privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with anyone. The only exceptions are:

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, it’s removed from our list. Copies in Cloudflare’s short-term request logs, described above, are deleted automatically when those logs expire.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights, such as the right to correct your data or to complain to a data protection authority. We process your email address based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we don’t knowingly collect their email addresses. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We rely on Resend’s security practices to protect stored addresses and limit access to our mailing list to the people who run Exhibit. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to the minimum.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we’ll let you know by email before it takes effect.
